Puncture repair, right where you are

Not every puncture is the same — and many can be repaired without replacing the tyre. We come to you to assess and repair when it's possible, following proper practice, and we explain it all in plain English.

What can be repaired

A clean hole in the tread (a nail, a screw) on a tyre in good condition can be repaired with a plug or, better, a combined patch-plug (a plug plus an internal patch). That's durable and safe.

What can't be repaired

A cut or hole in the sidewall, a bulge, a tyre that has run flat for a while, or heavy wear: in these cases repair is not advised and we replace in pairs. We explain why, without the jargon.

Slow puncture: act early

A gradual loss of pressure, caught early, can often be repaired without replacement. Don't drive for miles on a nearly flat tyre: you'll ruin the sidewall and turn a simple repair into a full change.
