Do you really come to me?

Yes. A mobile technician comes to where the car has stopped, to the office or to your home, and works on the tyre where you are — in English.

Do you tow?

No, never. We repair or replace the tyre on the spot so you drive away in your own car. If the problem goes beyond the tyre, we point you to 140 or your insurer.

Why tyres in pairs?

Fitting a single new tyre next to a worn one unbalances the axle and lengthens braking, especially on wet roads or descents. So we fit in pairs (2, 4 or 6).

How long does it take?

Timing depends on the nearest available partner and is told to you on the call. We prefer an honest estimate to a "30 minutes everywhere" we couldn't keep.

Where do you operate?

Across the hubs where internationals live and drive: Geneva and Lausanne on Lake Geneva, Zurich and Zug, Basel and Bern. The service opens hub by hub.

Do you repair every tyre?

We repair a clean hole in the tread on a sound tyre. A cut sidewall, a bulge or heavy wear means a replacement, in pairs.

Are prices in Swiss francs?

Yes, in CHF, with a quote given before we set off — no surprise surcharge.

Is the service in English?

Yes — it's built for English-speaking residents and visitors in Switzerland. Our partners can also help in French and German where needed.

Can I have an invoice?

Yes, just ask: useful for insurance or a company. Payment methods are confirmed when you get in touch.
